What we do
What we can do, and where we stop
We combine designated (statutory) capacity assessment servicesunder Alberta's Adult Guardianship and Trusteeship Act with non-regulated consultation and systems-navigation support for government benefit processes.
Our goal is to reduce barriers, improve clarity, and support informed access to essential services. We focus on helping you understand what to do, how to do it, and what documents are required, without replacing legal, medical, or regulated professionals.
Statutory: capacity assessments
Formal AGTA capacity assessments for legally authorized referrals, conducted strictly within legislative authority.
Consultation: systems navigation
Non-regulated help to understand, prepare, and organize benefit applications and navigate complex systems.
